The plastic encasement seems very cheap.

My husband was very upset because he paid $850 for a brand new generator that came in with a broken plastic handle. The generator motor and electrical system works well and it starts up our gas dryer with no problem.

Good running Generator

Worked great out of the box. Supports our off-grid cabins with Anker Solix3800. only issue is it kept cutting off for what appears to be no issue? Figured out it was vapor-locking and dying.. Keep the lid partially unscrewed, and no more problems. I get about 2.5hr run time pulling about 2400watts while charging 2 Anker units.

Just what we needed!

The generator works very well, as described. Plenty of power, nice and quiet. Lifestyle item - as the instructions point out, must regularly schedule some runtime, and watch the maintenance interval, so the machine is there and ready when a surprise power outage happens.

Great unit!!

This generator was great! We had lost our electric during an ice storm. We had purchased this PRIOR to the storm so it wasn’t a spur of the moment purchase. Was able to research others before and was very satisfied of the purchase. We were able to power our furnace (gas with electric blower), and some essentials in the house to still allow us to function in the house without having to leave. Well built, good value, quite operation, has easy choke / electric start, wheels and a handle. Good runtime on gas. Purchased as an emergency generator for my parents in FL. I recommend it for Seniors. Runs a 6000 BTU portable air conditioner with power to spare for a fridge . Flexable runs on propane, would run a microwave or coffee maker with the air con off.

Awsome generator, great price!

This is an awesome generator at a great price. We have our for our travel trailer and it runs the 15000 btu a/c just fine. So when my buddy needed a generator after Helene in Fla, I ordered him the same one from Lowes. He is equally happy with his!
