Powers whole house including 3.5 Ton heat pump. I have a Microair soft start on the heat pump. It would handle the heat pump without it but couldn't run as much at the same time without flicker or dimming per cycle.. Its loud but used for emergencies and I point the exhaust away form the hose. Its heavy and rolls easy enough on hard surfaces but in the grass one needs to not be on the weaker side.

Great Generator
Would RecommendI just went through hurricane Milton and would be lost without this generator! She ate up 25 gallons of gas in nonstop use. I was able to get propane and was anxious about the change over. Seamless! She's still going. AC window unit, refrigerator, freezer, fans, TV, and lights. If there is a flaw, I haven't found it yet! GREAT GENERATOR. (Do be careful while screwing back in the oil plug. I can see how it could get cross treaded) Highly recommend!

Best investment for hurricane season
Would RecommendWe purchased this unit one day after Hurricane Beryl. This generator definitely allowed up to live and sleep comfortably without any of the typical generator related headaches. Missing Fuel Shut Off Valve
After my first 10 or so hours of running the generator, I decided to check the oil. When I unscrewed the dipstick, oil was pouring out of the opening. i know that I had not overfilled the oil, as it was brand new and I had recently put the oil in. The oil smelled like gasoline, so I started looking for a fuel shut off so that in the future I could shut off the fuel and run the carburetor dry to avoid gas from getting into the oil. surprisingly there was no fuel shut off.
