Would RecommendThe Filtrete filter frame with two included MERV 12 filters was very simple setup, insert one of the filters into the frame by placing filter cardboard flaps into the groove in the frame on both sides, snap the other side of the frame into place over the top then remove and replace the filter in your system based on manufacturer directions. Would RecommendYou will never buy another filter after this one. After assembling the filter, I was amazed how the whole thing came together. The frame is a two piece system that locks together holding the filter itself, so when your filter needs to be replaced, all you do is unlock the frame and replace the filter (that is folded so it saves space.) Filtrete quality and solid frame
Would RecommendReplaceable filter kit. One of the hardest parts of installing the flimsy frame filters is they flop all around. The solid exterior frame makes it easy to get into the return space and settle right in place. The filter easily slides into the frame slots for an easy install and replacement. Note the depth of 4" as this is not for your standard ceiling return vent. The frame easily detaches apart to replace the filter only.

What I really like is how easy it is to pull out where the other ones get stuck sometimes. Excellent design and quality. No refillable air filter
Would Not RecommendThought I would try the refillable air filter kit. But it was a waste. Could not get the filter to stay open and not fold back on itself when in the frame. The frame fit perfectly in the furnance but it was a hassle to keep checking to make sure it didn't slide down. Would not buy!
Simple and solid
Would RecommendUpon opening the box I was impressed with the packaging. It was wrapped in a plastic bag and came with an extra filter insert. Assembly was easy and took all of about three minutes to complete. I look forward to seeing how it performs and how long it lasts until I swap out the old filter insert for the new one. Great filter alternative
Would RecommendI ordered this filter to replace existing filter on home furnace . I ordered this because i like the way its designed. Less of a storage issue then regular filters. Its cost isn’t too high compared to a regular filter. It is simple to install filter in plastic housing and install with arrow to air flow . I gave it a five star review, but my furnace is not in use at this time . Time will tell after a couple of months of use with colder weather on its way .

Assembled easy
Easy assembly and installation. Will have to give it a month to see if it’s better than a dedicated filter assembly but so far I believe it’ll work. I’m happy so far

Would RecommendThe filter i received was packed and shipped perfectly. Only thing is i picked the wrong size, i opened it to see the gate that keeps the filter in place and it looks amazing and easy to operate. I wish it did fit, my mistake was fatal to my hvac.

Would RecommendAn easy to install filter that comes in a 2-pack for value. It fits my Lennox furnace and is very easy to assemble. I have never used a refillable filter and is was extremely user friendly. Really just open the frame and expand the filter. Will make disposing of the filter much easier when the time comes.
