Would RecommendThe strength of the material was good and provided a good base for the patch. However, the adhesive that is applied to the material is barely strong enough to hold it in place prior to applying the joint compound. The finished patch seems to be durable.

Would RecommendI now keep two on hand. You can cut to size and cut make cut outs for outlet boxes with a box cutter/Kraft knife. Square of mesh with some adhesive attaching it to a thin aluminum plate that is perforated with small holes. Easy to fill with mud.
