Damaged Product beware

I purchased 3 of them and 2/3 of them were damaged. Make sure the ones you grab are undamaged as it seems the do not quality check their product as it goes on the shelf. the film/enamel was damaged by what I'm to assume was the plastic straps when it was packaged.

The size on it was wrong. Short by over 1/2 inch.

The board was exactly what i wanted for my cupboard.

Works as a shelf if you dont mind the holes.

Product works as intended, i opted to flip it over and use it for the top shelf of a closet since the regular shelves at every surrounding store were severly damaged.

Easy to use and customizable to your needs

Built my own custom closet for my wife using these boards. She is thrilled with the results, which makes me happy!

Functional, but ugly.

These are nice shelves, but they've got holes drilled in them to use as shelf supports, which are very ugly when you using them as shelves.

Use 2 in my garage. Seems high duty. And it is wide/deep and help me install a big shelf

Excellent custom cut shelf and great assistance

I needed a custom cut shelf for my garage unit. It was so easy to select the board and bring it to the young fellow named Khaan in Osprey Lowe’s who cut it perfectly! He was helpful and talented - a great asset to Lowe’s.

This is a great product and I like that it has the holes in them so I can adjust height of the shelves. The only issue and only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is most of the edges were chipped or the plastic front cover was slightly damaged. But overall this is a great product and Lowes is the only company that I found that carries it.

Damaged product / Bad packaging

All 3 shelves I ordered were badly damaged. Who in their right mind would send the product in the damaged state to a customer? The shower head I ordered was placed at the bottom of the box with all 3 heavy shelves right on top of it. The shoer head packaging was all broken/ damaged. Being stuffed under such heavy load it is a miracle that the shower head itself did not get squished to peaces. Over all Lowes online shopping experience was very disappointing.

Beware delivery damage

I bought 3 of these shelves in 1 order. The box arrived beat up, and 2 of the shelves were damaged at the corners. I had read about similar delivery problems in other reviews. Unfortunately, these shelves are not available in stores, not in this popular size. And the store refused to cut the longer shelves (around 96 inches) to the length I needed.
