Poorly packed when shipped
Shelving boards were shipped lying loose in an oversized box with just packing “pillows” thrown in. The shelves should have been bound together and should have had something to protect the corners and edges. Since they were not, the boards slid around and flopped around in the carton in transit and arrived with busted corners and edges. (The box was torn and ripped, not from mishandling by FedEx, but from poor packing on Lowe’s part.). (I thought about returning them in same box, but box would ...
