Terrible Dryer, customer's should get a refund!

Absolutely terrible dryer. Here's why: 1) takes forever to dry clothes, twice as long as my old dryer, 2) clothes get stuck in the lint trap area pulling and twisting the clothes, then the lint trap pulls into the drum area for more twisting and loud trashing noises ruining clothes, 3) the final straw.... the dryer flooded my laundry room, i assume the dryer's steam function went haywire (even though i wasn't using the steam function) water and steam filled the dryer drum and water went all over...

Water leak

My wife and I went out to eat on Friday. We came home to our downstairs flooded because of a leak originating from the dryer. We will need flooring for 5 rooms. DO NOT purchase this!!

Control board caught fire after 5 years of use!

Owned this dryer for 5 years and 2 months. The board at the top of the dryer caught fire yesterday and luckily we were home. Before the fire, this was a good dryer. I don't trust their manufacturing after this to not burn my house down!!

Don't buy direct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After paying, delivery dates missed. Little communication. Took nearly 2 months. Then doors weren't reversed. Had to pay more. Also door doesn't properly close. Machine used 1 wash and already issues. Customer service is nonexistent or delayed. Originally ordered direct because local store wasn't carrying or out of stock. Never again.

Horrible Washer & Dryer Set

We purchased this dryer and a matching washer in March of 2021. It was the only matching set we could find anywhere. I see why now. The wash machine door has never fit correctly and you have to jam it to get it to close. The dryer has stopped working as of now and it's only 2 years old. There are only two of us in the house so the set gets minimal use. The machines are average at best. My last set was a Maytag Duet and they later 16+ years with no issues. This set is no where near that quality. ...

Works perfect for now

Works Excellent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Electrolux washer because my sister-in-law has one that my wife used when visiting her and couldn’t wait for our older washer quit. Ha! The nice part is you clothes are washed throughly because of the amount of water used during the wash cycle. Great product!
