Absolutely terrible dryer. Here's why: 1) takes forever to dry clothes, twice as long as my old dryer, 2) clothes get stuck in the lint trap area pulling and twisting the clothes, then the lint trap pulls into the drum area for more twisting and loud trashing noises ruining clothes, 3) the final straw.... the dryer flooded my laundry room, i assume the dryer's steam function went haywire (even though i wasn't using the steam function) water and steam filled the dryer drum and water went all over...

Pros and Cons
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our Electrolux washer dryer primarily for the dimensions. We had an existing tight space and this pair fit the bill. We had a huge Electrolux outdoor grill in our previous home and were aware of the quality of your products. We weren’t disappointed. But I have some suggestions: 1. The dryer lint filter is the largest and best I have seen but it is difficult to remove lint in the deep ledges at the top of the filter. A toothbr...

Love my Electrolux washer and dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently moved out of state and did not take our washer and dryer with us. I loved my Electrolux washing machine (purchased new in 2011) and insisted on purchasing the same brand again. I NEVER had trouble with odor in my machine (seems to be a common complaint amongst front loaders, but I do consistently leave the door open when not in use.) My clothes came out so clean, the machine was easy to use, LOVED that washing machine! My old El...

A few quirks, but great units
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this set about a month ago (May, 2020) after our previous dryer went out. That set went out after 20 years of service so we were due for replacement. It is impossible to compare to our old set because of all the updates in technology, appearance, and cleaning power but I'll try and mention things that we like & dislike compared to that set. Likes: Overall cleaning of clothes & fresh smell. Our old set was past the point of cl...

Far below expectations
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this dryer for about a month. Parents with 3 teenage and pre-teen kids provide a ton of laundry. The dryer ripped a brand new zip up hoodie that my wife owned for 1 week. The zipper was ripped off after it apparently got caught on something while drying. It also ripped a bath towel on it’s second use. My wife always sets clothes to time dry but tried the normal cycle which uses the moisture sensor to determine drying time. “We ...

Horrible Washer & Dryer Set
We purchased this dryer and a matching washer in March of 2021. It was the only matching set we could find anywhere. I see why now. The wash machine door has never fit correctly and you have to jam it to get it to close. The dryer has stopped working as of now and it's only 2 years old. There are only two of us in the house so the set gets minimal use. The machines are average at best. My last set was a Maytag Duet and they later 16+ years with no issues. This set is no where near that quality. ...

so far so good but not as great as I hoped
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only had this a month, so I can only give initial impressions. The hefty lint trap you have to open up to clean did not get all the lint as I was told it would. There was still quite a bit of lint around the door I have to wipe up when finished. The clothes themselves seem to be lint free so far. The flat plastic button surface is annoying in that you sometimes need to press multiple times and sometimes hardly at all. The controls are also an...

Wonderful Dryer, but it has one major flaw...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can read all the great reviews, but I'm going to mention the one item that I feel was a big flaw and if I was to guess, it was just to say the dryer has more volume and convinced. The major flaw is the front glass - it's totally flat. What does that mean? Your clothes will drag along the vent over and over again. The one problem we ran into is "Throw rugs" with the latex / rubber bottoms. The machine will spread the bottom every time it hi...

Step down from my previous dryer
I have used this dryer for a couple years now and have stayed silent despite my dissatisfaction. Today, I had so much trouble trying to dry a load, I had to speak up. I cannot dry small loads. I am a small person and my tshirts, socks, underwear catch at the door along the vent area. I have to babysit the load and push these items off the ledge. Also, when I dry my mattress cover, the smooth part of the fabric jams in the seam between the drum and the door. The dryer stops and I have to pu...

Lots of features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my washing machine broke down near the end of April, I had to buy a new washing machine and purchased the washer that goes with this model. Since I need stackables, I was forced to buy this dryer to complete the pair. I'm not sorry I did! This dryer has a multitude of features from which to choose that cover just about anything you would want. The configuration of the filter is superior in terms of capturing and containing lint. I also lov...
