What Customers Are Saying

This ceiling light socket appears to have mixed reviews. Many customers found it easy to install and suitable for basic lighting needs, appreciating its affordability and functionality. However, a significant number reported quality issues, with the plastic housing cracking or breaking easily. Some also noted it is not a true 3-way socket as advertised. Overall, it seems to be a decent budget-friendly option for simple lighting, but the quality and durability may not meet all customers' expectations.

Great Lights, Great Price, Great Service!

Item # 71131 is the only Hard-Wired Ceiling Socket that's available in a 3-Way! I use these Ceiling Sockets in all my rental properties and never have a problem. I love these lights, their inexpensive and it beats spending $30 - $40.00 every time a tenant breaks a light fixture! These Ceiling Sockets are made of a durable plastic and very seldom do I have to replace one that someone broke. I'm so happy with these Ceiling Sockets that I've installed them in my garage, shop, and pole barn. Are you...

Economical and functional

My new home is 40 years old; I have had several contractors in and out of it attempting to modernize it. My laundry and pantry rooms required adequate lighting but I did not want to pay an outrageous amount for the light fixtures. In both cases, the areas are concealed behind closet doors. Purchasing the hard wired ceiling sockets were a good choice for my purpose of lighting each of the areas yet spend the least amount of money that I could. I am satisfied.
