Missing and Broken
I purchased two porcelain lamp holders from Lowes online. When I received the package, I found that one of the boxes was empty. I contacted customer service and they agreed to send me a replacement by FEDEX. However, when the replacement arrived, it was broken in several pieces. I am very dissatisfied with this order and the quality of the products.
