Easy to extract old fixture and add this new fixture. Remember turn off electrical power to fixture replacing.

Good switch but watchout for "IN" and "OUT"
Would RecommendOld switch I took out had both IN on one side and both OUT on the other. (left/right) I wired this the same way and it did not work. Looked it up on YouTube and figured out that for this model it is top/bottom.

Would RecommendI had an older model switch that caused the lights to flicker half the time and the switch was getting warm. Other than the fact that the in and out locations were different, this installed quickly and work perfectly. Just make sure to read the labels on the terminals. Some of the screws were a bit tight, in the end, all the fittings were tight with pushed in wire. I would buy again.

Poor quality
Would Not RecommendThe screws on the input side were like a vise when trying to loosen, and then they easily fell out. It was not possible to loop the wire underneath and keep the screws in. Typically a switch has all loose when you buy, which allows you to use either connection method. Even when I used the push-in method, it was very difficult to get the screw tight enough to hold the wire. What a piece of garbage... Never had this issue with Lutron, or really any switch.
