Would Not RecommendProbably one of the worse purchases off the Internet I’ve made. The battery and the charger were both defective and the serial number on them say they were made in 2022. You buy a new product you think it would be somewhat a new and working product, no new old stock that doesn’t work.

Shorter person wishing for adjustable pole
You have a great product, but it is difficult for EVERYONE to be able to use. We purchased this seeing the 18 pounds with the bigger battery, but it is still hard to hold and get comfortable with the pole being so skinny and long and the heavy battery. We did get the bigger battery because our lot is between a quarter and half acre. We will adapt, but I sure wish the pole was adjustable for us "height challenged" people. Love your mower so I am not giving up on this product!!

Would Not Recommendhad it no more than a year in the spindle that winds the string in doesn't work anymore and they don't cover that I consider that defective save your money by a different brand

Disappointed
Would Not RecommendI bought the string trimmer this summer. If I liked it, I planned to purchase the hedge trimmer attachment. I just learned that this model is not able to change attachments. I’m disappointed because the display in the store made it seem as if I could change attachments.
