Powerful but annoying at times
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This string trimmer is powerful when it comes to trimming grass edges and taking down corner weeds. Its durable build and nimbleness make quick work in tight areas. The dual-line cutting system gives me the efficiency I expect from most trimmers. One downside, the string feed is manual adjusted and not the easiest to do. Not sure if that was a design failure or what but it can be a real pain on a hot day. Must have attachment with Ego Multihead
Would RecommendIt is a must have device with Ego multi head and Ego edger. The EGO string trimmer replaced a 1993 noisy Weedeater. Such a relief from engine noise. The Ego feeds the string very nicely. Must have to keep pesky neighbor weeds at bay under fences.

Differing versions of trimmer/handle compatible
Would Not RecommendThis model pairs with the handle/battery. It is a new model, my handle is an older version. They work trimming, but the autoloader will not work due to the older model handle. I hate having to load string by hand; it is never smooth and I have to start over multiple times.
