What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this battery-powered trimmer for its exceptional power, delivering gasoline-level performance without noise or fumes. Reviewers consistently highlight the lightweight carbon fiber design, ergonomic balance, and shoulder strap comfort. The automatic string-loading system and tap-and-dispense feature are celebrated as revolutionary improvements over manual winding. Many customers value its seamless integration with the broader multi-tool ecosystem and shared battery platform. A small number report issues with string head design and weight distribution, but these concerns are significantly outweighed by strong overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Forced buy.

Too bad there is no option to buy any other accessory with the kit, you must buy the trimmer even if you dont want to use it, as it pollutes the land with never decomposing plastic. And you must buy a kit, as it includes power head, 4ah battery and a charger, buying all those separately is insanely expensive

Cuts everything but the grass.

It seems to cut through my fence boards with more aggression than the grass blades. It blows longer blades out of the way.

There is a dark coating on pole and seemed to improve slightly the removal of attachment but still not easy. Now I have the weed eater. Terrible detachment process. Button is pushed and green screw handle is loosened but it is a chore to remove. Also the ability to trim weeds I feel is poor. I have an old black and de...
