Would RecommendMy new EGO trimmer is easy to operate. The battery is quite heavy. It should come equipped with a shoulder strap. It seems like an easy complimentary gesture for EGO to give at this price point

Works great but no second battery that I purchased
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use, put a bit hard to put the handle on the bar. The only concern I have is that I still don't have my second battery that I purchased on 4/19/2026s and I keep getting a run around stating one time the battery was on order and then was told NO batteries we're on order!
