I purchased this trimmer at a discount. An rctra battery was included, which made this a great deal! Iām able to charge one battery while using the other, then seitch sand keep trimming.

No product support even while under warranty!
Would Not RecommendDo not buy any EGO product if you want to buy from a company that stands behind their products. I bought an early product from them several years ago. The battery stopped charging. I contacted their support and they told me they no longer used that battery and did not have one in stock. They told me they would ship one to me when they got them back in stock. THEY NEVER SENT ONE! When I contacted them again for an update over a year later, it was crickets. No reply.
