Almost perfect

The robot is nice, do a good job, but they don’t vacum dark carpets or with black details. It would be perfect if ECOVACS fix this problem

Great Robot Vacuum!!

Best robot vacuum on the market!

It is the smartest of the the “smart robot vacuums”. They have the best customer service and the app is truly easy to use. I will be purchasing another for our second floor!

Value for Money

There are a few things I would like to change...I have it stored in my mud room and if I want it to mop, it will not go over the runner to reach the hardwood floor so I can't use the mopping feature without relocating. High End Features for Affordable Price

We have been using our OZMO930 for over a year and absolutely LOVE it. We have hardwood on most of our first floor and my favorite feature is the ability to mop in addition to vacuum. It does a great job cleaning up crumbs and the "smart navigation" makes this much more efficient than competing (and more expensive) models which lack this feature. Great Mop and Sweep Vac

We were looking for something that would mop our vinyl floors while it vacuumed. The vacuum did well sucking up debris and dog hair we have around the house. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mop works good, easy to set up, and use. Floor gets pretty clean. Good run time. Deebot could use a better mapping system., it gets stuck often. A little pricey for it to get stuck as often as it does.

Very solid Vacuum

It does a decent job of cleaning but it is also frustrating that it keeps getting stuck in the same spots I have to put barriers there. Occasionally It has trouble locating the base.

It dose a great job at getting all the dust, Pollin & dirt, sand, mass tree pine needles! It slides under most of our furniture & around corners & over door Thresholds. It detected chair legs & dose HIT & scuff them. The wetmop is good, but you will still have to hand mop the floor time to time. We had 1 service issue with the 930 & Ecovac solved it in a week...

Simply the best

I love this deebot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from an older model that did not have mapping and it made all the difference. Same quality cleaning but now I can block off areas so it will complete the cleaning with out issues. The only problem I have is sometimes when I create the map it does it at a strange angle and I have to stack walls on the map to fully block off an area.

Nice vacuum

Purchased this robot to be the vacuum in our main room. IT works well in going over rugs in the room, and cleaning hardwood floors. My wife was impressed with the amount of waste in the bin.
