Terrible Experience!

It has not worked right since I purchased it. The main body was replaced by Dyson and now I am awaiting a battery replacement. It will not suck for more than 30 seconds on Max. Disappointed overall!

I love it! It’s light weight. Easy to handle. Gets into tight spaces.

Doesn't hold a charge

I bought this product in hopes of finally having a product that actually worked. It works but what a huge disappointment that it won't hold a charge! I can't even get through my kitchen without it dying 12x24 room! I will be returning this product for a FULL refund!

Simply a joy to use

This dyson product is a joy to use. Lightweight and many accessories for each need. I'm simply in love with the looks and the functionality. It worth every penny.

Just What I need

It took a few days to realize this V8 is the vacuum cleaner I need for my studio apartment and shedding cat. I have hardwood and tile floors. The machine is perfect for quick pick ups and for general vacuuming. The car is not near electrical outlets. So the tools make the V9 perfect for cleaning the mats as well as all the tight spaces.

I have been on the hunt for the perfect everyday picker-upper for my hardwood floors. I needed something to get all the crumbs, dust, and dirt up from everyday messes. I have tried multiple other vacuums, mops, combos, etc, but nothing was streamlined enough to be easy. THIS IS THE ANSWER TO MY PRAYERS AND SO MUCH MORE!!! Don’t buy

Waaaaaste of money, after 1 and a half years this is always giving us problems the filter light that always flickers stops this from working , worst purchase of my life such a waste of money

Serious Flaw

I'm very disappointed in this vacuum. I have the V8 Fluffy because we have hard floors throughout our house. I like the convenience of not having a cord and being able to get the machine under furniture. But this machine has one serious flaw. We have two dogs...setters...they are not dogs that shed a lot. Very disappointed

I wanted to love this vacuum, but it simply does not work, despite going through the parts replacement process with Dyson. It runs for a maximum of 30 seconds before starting to whir on and off and eventually dies. This happens no matter how clean it is (both the basket and the filter) or how well charged it is. I'm frustrated at having spent the money for it to simply not work.

WOW!

I’m so glad I made the decision to get this vacuum. I’m in shock. This vacuum picks up an ungodly amount of debris. I could not believe it. Everyone needs a Dyson vacuum. I have a German Shepard/Siberian husky dog who sheds an insane amount and this picked it all up and more with ease. I love my Dyson. Very happy with purchase. The only thing is the run time says 40 min but it was more like 10 minutes. I was only able to do 1 room, a rug, and 1/2 a room on full charge.

A great vacuum

This is the second Dyson V8 I have purchased. It is great for carpet and wood floor. Easy to keep clean and store. This one is for my daughter who has pets. I love how easy it is to use. I no longer procrastinate vacuuming the house. It is a game changer!

Wonderful vacuum

I've had my vacuum about a month and wish I'd gotten one sooner! It's all I'd hoped for... cordless, lightweight, many attachments that are easy to switch out, and powerful suction. It also blows cool air rather than hot air! Love that! Only thing I would add is LED lights!

Inadequate and expensive

Had this for a year or so. It's suction is weak, its battery depletes rather quickly, its collection cannister is too small and it requires multiple passes to collect small amounts of dirt . Yes, I have maintained and cleaned it in accordance with instructions. Do not recommend it

I love this vacuum. It’s the perfect size, light yet powerful. I love that there are two settings for suction. It works wonderful and honestly I have zero complaints about it!

Love it

It’s is light, easy to clean, great filters - help with allergy, extensions help to clean almost anything in the house (coach, curtains, duvet, mattress etc), overall very satisfied with my purchase.

So far so good

I have only used this for a few times but it works and cleans very well. It is easy to use and lightweight while feeling very sturdy. Being cordless makes it convenient. I am very happy I upgraded my corded and heavy old vacuum.

Best vacuum ever!

I absolutely love this vacuum! The ability to go wireless is the best part and also the diffent attachments. Wish the charge lasted a little longer but that's the only con.

Finally replaced my V7 Animal, which I used every single day. Amazed that the V8 Animal exceeded all expectations!

So far so good

So far this is really working well for me. I've been using it daily on the living room carpet and it's astounding how much dirt it picks up after just 1 day of the dogs running all over it, and I think that is helping with getting the funk out of the room as well. The stairs provides a little challenge. I have to use the small powered attachment for the rug. Then go back and use the narrow nozzle for the edges. Then add the pole extension to hit the middle landing. Then swap the narrow nozzle...
