Would RecommendI bought this back in a couple of weeks ago. I really love it. It takes so much dust out of the rug and out of the bed in pillows it’s amazing. I just wish that the battery would last longer. I use it for about 15 minutes 10 minutes and the battery needs to be charged. That’s the only downside

Easy and Convenient
I'm on my 5th Dyson from over the years. I have only had one wall model stop working. They are an excellent machine. I vacuum every day and it is quick, easy and convenient to use. I highly recommend the Dyson brand. The attachments are convenient and easy to change out.

Best suction ever, small inconveniences
Would RecommendAmazing suction on low pile carpet and tile. Very boost on tile - like scraping of the plastic, not the motor that’s noisy. And also very annoying that you have to hold the trigger down for the entirety of the vacuuming, there is no on/off button or switch. This makes my finger get tired/sore if I choose to vacuum the whole house.

This is my third Dyson vacuum first was a plug in then the next was a chargeable but the suction wasn’t good on one of my rugs as it aged and now this chargeable one has really great suction and I really like the redesign of the barrel for releasing the collected debris because of it easier to clean.

Disappointed
I bought this and I charged the battery for 25 hours. When I started using it neither brush head would turn, the large attachment and the small. I looked online for causes and it said probably a blockage. I sent it back today.

Can't get it to work
I bought my unit 2 weeks ago and haven't used it yet. It won't take a charge. First a new charger was sent and after receiving it and it didn't work Dyson is now sending a ne battery. Hopefully I'll be able to use it in 5 to 7 days.

Replacement
Would Not RecommendReplacement for V10 that had a trigger defect - out of warranty. Dyson would not support for a replacement. I had previous trigger issues with V8 too

Would RecommendI bought this brand for a month and have been using it every 3 day a week. Personally, I love it, the vacuum has 3 function depending on usage for hardwood floors or carpets. I love the attachment that lets you angle for underneath the beds and sofas. And most importantly getting hairs stuck on carpet. I love the battery life, I could used it for over thirty minutes.
