It was shipped to an entirely different city. And I'm having to fight the Lowes card purchase. Even when they can see that it was delivered 140 miles away.
Well packed
Would RecommendUnit showed up on a pallet with 3 straps holding down. Another 4 holding the generator box closed. Everything inside the box was well packaged. Can't wait to use it after my transfer switch panel is completed. Will update when all the lights are on.

Having some trouble with high Hz.
I am have some issues with generator putting out to high of Hz. or Frequence. My solar Inverter/Charger will not connect due to the Hz being higher than 60Hz it is producing 65.8Hz. I have emailed Duro Max and have not received any explanation yet. Hope to up date Review with good news.

Great Quality
Would RecommendI just received my Generator today, assembly was minimal with great instructions. It started right up on propane, I haven’t tested gasoline yet. Seems to be a well built generator. I bought it for home backup so it may be a while before it is really put to the test.

Would RecommendI bought it set it up and the only problems that I had is they put the oil drain nut in extremely tight. In fact, I broke a socket, trying to get it out, but I finally got it without stripping the head. And when it runs, it is fairly noisy. But I think that's just a problem with portable generators in general as far as performance it starts great power is my RV totally without an effort, including microwave washer dryer everything I feel like I'm more prepared now for inclement weather in the mo...

Great Features, Great Price
Would RecommendI bought this unit (DuraStar DS13000MXT) primarily for emergency home power backup. Living in south central Texas where summer hurricanes and winter ice storms means year-round risks for power outages. I wanted a unit large enough to power virtually all our electrical components, including the central HVAC system. I feel confident this unit, and the DuraMax/ DuraStar company behind it, will deliver.

It shipped for free, it got here in around six days, the driver was super helpful, he left it on my porch so it wouldn't sit in the rain. I got it two days ago and set it up in about twenty minutes, the instructions were clear and super easy to follow, it came with all the connectors, hoses and even the tools that I needed to set it up.
