Awesome tool to add to my workshop!

A great tool to add to my everyday use of tools to help me produce the best items I can for my customers. Quick and easy to set up. I am sure Dremel didn't intend for the tool to be used this way, but I am a Maker, and there is no telling what you will see when you walk into a Maker's shop, and being versatile makes this item even better. Excellent Attachment

Handy tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works exactly like you would expect, takes a little work to get it set up and some practice to get comfortable with how everything works together. Circle and edge guide are easy to install, easy to follow instructions. After a few cuts I’m sure I’ll be a pro, but definitely practice on scrap wood before moving on to a serious project.

Nice addition to my tool kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice addition to my tool kit. I've already used it to inlay a stone cutting board into my kitchen island using the #652 straight bit. Will be using it to make some frames for a bunch of glass etchings in the coming days. Only negative I can give is that the bolts used to attach the edge guide where a little tricky for someone with arthritis, need to have them permanently attached.

Best Dremel attachment yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was considering buying a plunge router to keep as a second one, not attached to my router table, for convenience. I will no longer do that because this is fantastic and meets all of my needs.

Space and money saver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This router attachment is great for a small workshop or for the common hobbyist. It costs less than a full-size router. I don't think it will hold up very well after long repetitive uses on heavy duty jobs. The plastic is a little too thin where the Dremel fits in. With that being said, the versatility of being able to use different Dremel Rotary tools with it is great.

Dremel Rotary Plunge Router

This is another great idea from Dremel, I have been using a Dremel since they came out with them one everything from Automotive, to around the home to woodwork and I love the tool. The Plunge Router works great and gives me more precise control. love it.

Gets the job done

I haven't used it much but it has come in handy. I'm looking forward to using it more and tapping into it's potential.

Works with other rotary tools

Works with my black and decker rotary easy setup. Didn't need directions.

The clear base is great for being able to see what you're doing. Perfect for my craft projects.

Poor quality

Good concept - I wish the design were made with better parts. The bolt for the depth stop is too short to be useful. Parts are chincey plastic. A nut was missing, making one of the adjustment keys useless without a trip to the hardware store. Since purchasing I have found plans online for super simple DIY bases similar to this but made with wood and metal. I’m going to make one right now.

nice addition for a rotary tool

This doesn't just fit dremel tools, it fits off brands as well (i.e. Wen). The collet seats nicely and it's pretty easy to set up. The only reason it gets only 4 stars from me is that the retaining screws on the posts are loose out of the box, an with no vibration reduction you have to stop to tighten things up after the first pass.
