During that time, I had to call multiple times, sit on hold, and get transferred between departments with no proactive communication from Lowe’s. Never received cabinets
Would Not RecommendI got the shipping notification for my cabinet order, but no tracking information. The estimated delivery date came and went with no cabinets delivered. Lowe's canceled and refunded my order and told me to re-order them, but won't honor the sale price of my original order. Will be looking elsewhere for my next order and wouldn't recommend purchasing cabinets from Lowe's to anyone.

These two 9"x12"x30" Jamestown cabinets were custom ordered from the cabinet dept. at our local Lowes to fill the top space. The order process was easy and in two weeks the cabinets were delivered.
