Would Not RecommendIt doesn’t seem to be as good quality as the salt I get at the pool store. I have to add more of this kind than the pool store salt. It also has little black rocks in the bag, which are too small to scoop up so you have to vacuums them out.

Would Not RecommendPurchased two bags of Diamond Pool Salt today, one is getting returned ASAP! Half the salt was dirty and brown, and left a floating residue on the water surface. Salt also contained bits of metal in the bag. I normally buy Morton water softener salt, but was lazy today and didn't want to walk inside to buy it. I won't make this mistake again!

Would RecommendI put 1/2 a bag of salt in a 5 gallon bucket half filled with pool water. Did like normal and used a paint mixer to dissolve. It had a dark brown foam on top so I took that out by hand. It took filling the bucket like 8 times to completely dissolve. The salt I normally buy take 2 buckets of water to dissolve. Bunch of black stuff in Salt. see pictures.

Cheaper and better than pool stores
Would RecommendMy new favorite pool salt. Half the price of the pool stores. And the bag is easier to carry, open, and pour. The pool store charges double and says “dissolves faster.” I defy you to put 40 pounds of salt in 1,000 gallons of water and _not_ have it dissolve.
