Pretty but Stupid, Stupid, Stupid Design.
Would Not RecommendThis is a beautiful looking faucet, but Delta has decided to change directions with their sprayer features. I have used and installed Delta Kitchen pull down faucets with spray heads in the past and generally been very pleased with their products. The 3 way head design of this unit is (in my opinion) just stupid. 1. The spray buttons feel like they are for a kid's toy made from hard plastic. 2. The 2 buttons are so close together, you have to pay attention only push one of the buttons. 3. ...

Would Not RecommendI noticed a small scratch on the faucet upon taking out of its packaging. I tried to buff it out with a sturdy cloth, but noticed the finish flaking off. I'd expect this from a cheap knock-off brand, but not something that retails for $200+ dollars. I have Moen bathroom faucets that I gently clean with a scouring pad regularly and they both look fantastic. Shame on the bean-counters at Delta for allowing such terrible product quality.

Delta Quality Remains Their Focus
Would RecommendDelta sits atop the average homeowner's replacement options in quality and selection. The installation video is a good brief run through if you haven't replaced one of their faucets in a while. Fairly simplistic installation as deep sink sets are very difficult to manuver around anyway. Parts are of superior quality and made to last.

Would RecommendWe bought this to replace our old cheap Moen faucet. At first I wasn’t sure about the fancy spray stream shield thing . It seemed less powerful than the regular spray stream. Then I figured out, you have to hold it closer. It is AMAZING.
