Customer Service reluctant

This was purchase was for my mother. They went to pick it up and the first person to assist them was clueless on how to proceed. Finally, another support person got involved and the issue was resolved quickly.

Nice faucet.

I like the faucet, but common with all of the items I have purchased from Delta, the installation instructions are horrible. Not only is the description of each step confusing but I don’t think they could have found a smaller font.

Bought this faucet for our kitchen. The install was easy. Everything you need in the box.

I wish it had a all over round spray mode as well. Loved the way it was so easy to install, and smooth to use.

Installation is a problem,

The picture of the Delta kitchen faucet look really nice. Wish I could use it. One week projeced to install, Lowe's vendor attempted to add a week on the evening before! I complained. I'm now told it will happen today, 9 days after purchase.

Amazing faucet with Easy installation

It took me less than an hour to uninstall the faucet and install this faucet. This was a great product to receive and review.

Lovely shape and style

The high neck gives you ample room to fill large pots in the sink but the pull out faucet is long enough to fill the pots onto the counter as well. i literally gasped!

Great Product

My kitchen isnt fully ready so I couldn’t take a picture but for some one with no experience in installing anything i did not have a hard time with it all .
