Don't waste your money

We purchased this faucet because it was a nice clean design, the right price and thought that Delta was a good brand. After less that a year, the faucet started dripping. Wrote to Delta and they shipped out Stem Unit assembly replacements for free. Changed those out about 6 months ago and it was fine. Yesterday came home to the faucet dripping like crazy all of a sudden. Now I'll be going back to Lowe's and looking for a new faucet...and it sure won't be a Delta. Very disappointed. Money lost on...

Waste of Money and Time

I bought this faucet Super Bowl weekend, easy to install. The faucet made thumping noises and clanking noises from day one. I thought was air in the line. But its wasn't. I have a friend whois a plumber he said it was the diverter and judging by the reviews this must be common. I did like the look of the faucet, so i returned it and tried another one. Piece of garbage!!!!

If I could give this less than 1 star that would be giving this piece of garbage too many stars. I would like to give it a negative 10!!!! We loved the look of it, but after two days...yes, I said two days the faucet dripped so much that it caused a small flood under our sink. We called the plumber that installed for us and he came over and showed us where the problem was. We quickly exchanged the faucet for a replacement. This was 2 days ago...yep, you can guess what happened. I opened the cupb...

Piece of junk

Purchased and installed. Not only bangs when turning on, it runs and drips after turning off. Figured I got a bad one. Exchanged and installed again. Same results as first one, banged run and drips after turning off. Took this one back again, this time purchased a Moen for about twenty dollars more. The Moen quality is much better and after installing the Moen works great. Buy Moen, not Delta.

Very Poor Product

We bought this at our local Lowe's store because we liked Delta products. It was easy to assemble and put in but it never stopped dripping, so we thought maybe we got a bad one. So we returned it to the Lowe's store and got another one and low and behold it did the same thing with dripping, never stopped. So off we went to Lowe's for a third time and replaced it with a Moen and oh my gosh how wonderful it was. I guess you get what you pay for.

It took Two

I love the look and the function of this, but the first one we received leaked causing a mess. I called the local Lowe's where we bought it from and they were excellent! Not only did they let us exchange it they also paid our plumber to come back to remove and replace it. Since its been replaced we have had no problems and we love it!

Easy to install

I was impressed with how easy it was to intall this faucet. The sprayer actually has a snap-on design that was simple to install or remove.

Foul taste

Just installed this faucet 2 weeks ago and ours also "bangs" when turning on the water. Also, there is a nasty taste in the water. Thought it was due to using plastic water line hook-ups. Switched to stainless water lines and still has a strong plastic taste. Called Delta Customer Service and was told it is our water lines, not their product. DO NOT BUY

I bought one of these faucets a little over a week ago. Everytime I turned it on it would bang. So I took it out after a week and got another. I put in the 2nd one and it starts the same thing! So I called Delta. They said they would send me a new diverter. Thats nice but I'm not repairing a brand new faucet I just bought. I'm taking the 2nd one back this morning. So save yourself the headache and buy a different faucet.

quality construction

installed over the weekend, very straight forward install. no leaks and sprayer is hooked up via quick connect coupler. mine is currently banging hard when water is turned on but I do not feel it is the faucet causing the issue. good price for the product.
