Two defective faucets

We purchased our house as a remodel. The original one that we purchased wasn't even installed fully before the installer realized that it was defective, so we returned it for a new one. We had the new one in our house for 6 months thinking that we had some water pressure issues (its an old house with original plumbing). Disappointment

We have always bought delta faucets, but after replacing the kitchen faucet 2 years ago the spout seems to be corroding from the inside out. Every time the water is turned on the spout starts leaking, which is very aggravating.We will be replacing it with some other brand.

Great faucet

Spend a little more and get a great quality faucet, this is fluid, smooth and works fantastic.

Windmere 21996LF Kitchen Faucet

I bought this faucet about a year ago. I have well-water and need to clean the screen. You can not get the screen off, without taking off the whole thing and turning off water supply and un-screwing the faucet from the sink. This is a poor idea for a kitchen faucet; it is made for looks and not for being easy to clean the screen. Charlotte

This nickel finish faucet looks great with our stainless steel sink and stainless appliances. Much better than the old chrome faucet we had previously. The high arc makes washing and rinsing larger dishes much easier than the low profile ones. We did have to return the fist one we bought as the sprayer hose was defective but Lowe's didn't have a problem and the replacement one works great!

a nice faucet, for the money

the faucet arrived in good time. the over all quality is good. The one little problem i had, was cross threading of one of the washers that fasten t faucet to sink. thse washer are very cheap plastic, hence soft,and easy for a 76 year, laying on his back , under the sink, with a bit of old aruther in joints, and then this washer cross threaded easly. Windemere Stainless 2-Handle High Arc Faucet

Bought this item to install in a family members home. It is plain and fairly simple to install. This product would be good for someone who doesn't cook a lot or for rental property. It works by providing water and a sprayer, but nothing fancy.

reasonably good

good: visually pleasing easy hook-up bad: separate hot and cold valves, kind of old fashioned valve handles are a little 'floppy', they wiggle a bit rather than being solid, feels cheap

We like it

It does exactly what it's supposed to do and looks good doing it! I like our old one better, it was a little rounder - didn't have the pointy finished handles, but this is the new style and it works just fine..... it was very easy to install - at least for us - you do need a few tools, but if you have them it is easy.....

Easy install. Quality look and feel.

Bought it for a rental. Wanted something not quite as pricy but the other less expensive brands just didn't have the quality look and feel. The finish matches great with a stainless steel sink. I called a couple of days after installing to be sure there were no leaks (there weren't) and received very positive comments from tenants. In the long-run have a feeling that I'll be glad I spent a few dollars more and have a quality product.

Love the style but had a problem after 14 months

I love the style and look of this faucet. A little over a year of having this faucet the hot water faucet began to squeak. So maintenance repaired it and then it squeaked again and the hot water didn't come out very forcefully. So they fixed it again and now it seems OK. Just seems like about a year is a short time for things to start going wrong.

There is no way that you can know everything about your large selection of faucets. This is a manufacturing flaw. The faucet should not leak after shutting off. It takes about 2-5 minutes for it to stop. There should be some sort of a back suction to keep the water from dripping out the curved piping.

Nice Faucet

This is a very good faucet for the price. The finish is easy to keep clean and installation was a snap!
