easy to install

Only had about a month working fine.It would have been nice to have a parts list for only the model I ordered.Was easy to install.

Good looks and great features

I've had this for 3 weeks now. I love the precision feel of the handle. I can set the exact temperature needed unlike the kind that work like a joystick. The pull down head stays put with a strong magnet then releases with a light quarter turn in either direction. No need to yank on it like many other brands. The finish cleans up with soap and water. Only thing I would change would be the pex hot and cold lines for braided stainless.

I gifted this faucet to myself after years with a pull out one, and the Cassidy is much more functional and good looking in my open kitchen. Now I can’t imagine life without it!

Have only had the faucet for a couple of weeks but it looks and works great. Very easy to install.

easy installation

Well built product and easy to install. My only suggestion is to have the handle on the left side of the faucet. That would make it easier to use.

Just sorry we didn't register all the other delta faucets we have. This is the latest, but we figured that the plumber that sold us the others, registered them...This new one is the best, so far... Bill

Faucet looks and works great.

Replaced existing faucet as part of a kitchen upgrade with Cassidy model. Installation was done by a plumber since sink and drain piping were also replaced. Faucet hook up was fast and easy. Main reason for choosing this faucet was the magnetic holder on spray head instead of another manufacturers weight system to return the spray head to the docked position. Faucet works great, looks great and I am completely satisfied.

Wonderful design, finish & performance

This went into our kitchen remodel. I'm very happy with the look and usability. The faucet looks very high end.

Attractive Faucet

I had searched for a modern and updated look to the faucet in our large kitchen, often feeling everything looked the same. Once I found The Cassidy by Delta I knew I had the look I wanted. Installation was easy for the plumber, thank goodness. Now the problem that has persisted is the UP direction of the handle is not allowing for the hot water. Been using the faucet for a few weeks and like the functionality.

Wish the flow/spray button was not black, it would have been nice to have it better match the chrome finish. I did select this faucet because the black button was concealed behind the pull down faucet sprayer and wasn't as visible. Also like the magnet snap and solid feel and fit of all the moving parts.

I love my new faucet

Delta makes an excellent product. I love my knew faucet. On a visual aspect it definitely makes a statement in my kitchen; the quality of the finish is outstanding. The pull down spray with the new magnet docking makes it so pleasant to use with no struggle to return it in place. This was a replacement for an older faucet the installation was quick and simple. Over all I highly recommend this faucet, you will enjoy it.

Really nice faucets. Quality and vision.

We ordered some special Delta faucets for our new house. They are good looking, quality faucets. We had a small problem with one after two years and Delta stepped right up and fixed the problem for us with zero hassle. Regardless of what they may cost, these faucets are worth every cent we paid for them. They are beautiful, well made and simple for repairs if needed. Delta will be our Faucet company from now on.

I have only one suggestion. Remove the small "C" and "H" from the handle. I assume they are there to indicate which way to turn the handle to get hot or cold water. These letters are superfluous and confusing. Intuitively, one would move the faucet opposite of what the letters indicate thereby causing confusion and frustration getting used to a new device. Also, anyone can figure out that if they are getting hot water, they must go the other way to get cold and vice versa. In other words the let...

Beautiful faucet

The overall design/fit and finish is beautiful. The performance is good, only dislike is the magnetic docking system for the spray head. It doesn't suck up into the docking system, you have to physically put it in place.

Great features!

Love the style of this faucet. The height is good for filling large cooking pots. And, once I got use to the single pull down handle, I love it. It compliments my undermount sink!
