Looks slick and we really love the touch sense

Sleek Look and the touch sense is really amazing. We are already so used to the touch sense that it is annoying to use kitchen faucets at other peoples homes. We got the delta plug adapter which honestly should come standard.

Disappointing

The “touch” part of this product doesn’t work properly and when it doesn’t work, the faucet doesn’t work, meaning we have no water flow at all. The “touch” part works off of a battery pack. When the faucet stopped working we replaced the batteries. Doesn’t solve the problem. Asked for a refund from Lowe’s and Delta but Lowe’s refused and Delta wants to give us a partial refund saying we should have “tested” the problem with them before requesting a refund. Great product!

Great faucet, had it over a week now. I never realized that my old faucet was not mixing the water temperatures properly. This is a very powerful faucet; the water will splatter all over if you are not used to it. Love the additional button to clean the dishes quicker.

Sprayer is not self retracting

It’s a beautiful faucet. Pretty easy to install yourself with the detailed instructions provided. The touch feature works well and the temperature indicating light is impressive. My only complaint is that the sprayer is not at all retractable. The spray hose line is super long and gets caught on the plumbing below the sink. You have to guide the sprayer back into place, then the magnetite snaps it back to the faucet. With the rest of the faucet having high end features, this is just not on par a...
