Installed and immediately found the faucet drips while in the on position but turned off with autosense

Very dissatisfied

I purchased this product with full anticipation. I am very dissatisfied with using it. Firstly, its water flow is very small, making flushing inconvenient; Secondly, when the touch stops, water will continue to drip. It is necessary to truly turn off the faucet to prevent dripping. I bought another faucet for 1/5 of its price, but the water flow is five times that of it. I can't help but want to return it after using it for over a month.

This Delta faucet exceeds my expectations. We had a touchless faucet in the past, you couldn’t drain pasta without it going on and off repeatedly. Installation was a breeze and very clean. So happy

Design & Function

I purchased this faucet as part of a kitchen remodel. We've had Delta faucets previously and have been pleased with them. I debated whether we needed the touch version, but now I'm so happy I decided to go with it. It's super convenient when cooking - especially when handling raw meat. It comes with 6 AA batteries and the battery pack sits under the sink. Not sure yet how frequently they have to be replaced. I had a plumber install it for me, so I can't speak to how easy that process is.

Frustrating Faucet!!

We purchased this new faucet for our new kitchen renovation in July 2023. Paid extra for the Touch2O feature. I thought we would get use to the touch feature over time, but six months later, we cannot stand it! The water turns off when you touch the handle to change the temperature of the water. It shuts off when you touch the nozzle to spray the sink. If you even get close to the faucet it shuts off. Then you have to touch it 3-4 times before it will go on again. Too Sensitive

We purchased this faucet six months ago and had it professionally installed in the course of a home remodeling project. The slightest brush against the faucet will stop the water flow. Touch it again to restart it and accidently bush against any part of the faucet and it stops. Very frustrating. Our Delta touch faucet is two years old and the inside of the main body that the spray head retracts into is rusting. For the price we paid for this faucet, you would expect better quality. I would recommend anyone looking at buying this faucet to look elsewhere.

We are going to save SO MUCH water

I just installed this Lenta faucet with the touch technology last week, so we haven't had a whole lot of time with it. It always bothered me to touch the faucet handle with "dirty" fingers, so this is going to be great. It does take some getting used to. I can't count how many times we have turned it off at the handle instead of just touching it. Pretty, but not reliable

Pros: Looks great. Fun until the warranty ran out. Cons: Stopped working, again, this time 4 months after warranty ended--no red light flashed--just no water suddenly on a busy morning. (Happened once before, but this time replacing batteries didn't work). Replacing batteries is difficult unless you are a contortionist. Faucet great - handle awful

About a month after my install the handle came loose. While it does slide back on, it's never been tight and it easily comes off. Really need a better way to attach that side handle to the base, the spring thing wants to push it out and the screw you have to figure out how to tighten without being able to see it. Must be a better way.

Would return if I thought to keep the box

Had this for 2 months +/- and was enjoying the functionality until recently. I'm guessing the valve is not shutting completely or the gasket is bad because it constantly leaks from the spray head deeming the touch feature useless and requiring the faucet be turned off with the lever.

Less than a year old and having issues

When we first got it it ghosted alot, now not even a year after being installed by lowes we cannot get it to turn on.

Perfect touch and Alexa controlled faucet!

This faucet works perfectly. The touch feature works perfectly and the interaction with Alexa and dispensing correct amounts of water is spot-on. The fingerprint resistant finish is an added bonus. Best faucet I’ve ever owned!
