I love the touch feature but it no longer retracts

Two years ago when I bought it, it was great, now it no longer retracts all the way and the lock tight feature failed.

Rusting!

We only had it a year it’s already starting to rust! You can see in my photo where it’s supposed to be flush to the faucet but is slanted and there’s rust everywhere. So disappointed especially for the price we paid.

Working great except for the light

I just installed this Touch 2.0 Leland faucet and have no major issues so far. I installed this by myself and the install was very simple and straight-forward. It took me about an hour to remove the old faucet and install the new one. My only issue and the reason for the three stars is the temperature indicator led is barely visible. Love/hate relationship with faucet

First the bad - buyers need to be aware of an problem with the cartridge for this model. Purchased this last spring, but because of COVID, did not have it installed until last October. A few months ago, it started dripping. Also, since the faucet was installed, the water pressure has gone from ok to worse, with it taking 20 minutes to fill up my medium-sized kitchen sink. 14 months later…

I was so ready to leave 5 stars but been experiencing an issue… First off, I love this faucet. Not having to deal with a faucet handle while cooking with raw foods, etc., not to mention the nonstop hand washing during the pandemic, was such an amazing feature. In 14 months I had to change the batteries just once. However, just recently the sprayer is not getting returned to the faucet easily, as if the parts expanded. Looks Good

I bought this along with the adapter, which was a waste of money. You cannot plug this into the same outlet that your garbage disposal is plugged into. If I had known this I could have saved buying the adapter. I was trying to be eco friendly and not use batteries.

Great faucet....but

The batteries ran out after 5 weeks and they don't make an adapter for this faucet. Hmmm....

I had a Leland kitchen faucet in prior house and really liked it. So got that faucet again for new house. The sprayer is different and I hate it. There are 3 modes of spray instead of two. The water stream is very puny, I don’t know what this “bubble” spray is for. It does nothing for me. I would like to have spray head like before that just had regular stream or spray,

I love this faucet!

My DIL had one of these and it was so amazing that when it came time to replace my kitchen faucet, this is what I got. I love it. It was easy to install. The reviews I read said to make sure that the wires weren't pinched and we did have to make sure that the ground was attached to the right place on the diagram, but it works wonderfully! No disappointments here!

Works Great and easy install

I purchased this faucet and installed it myself. The instruction videos proved very beneficial. The faucet works as expected and I am very happy with the quality. I will always recommend Delta.

Touch feature

I absolutely love the touch on and off feature and the spot shield. It was a little difficult to install but it was worth it!!

Great Tech Support

Excellent faucet. Delta tech specialist was great help in answering questions about dripping faucet with solenoid touch control. Also, sent me a new wand retainer & replacement kit at no cost. Old retainer broke apart - manufacturing issue.

Works like a charm

I bought this months ago but really didn’t need it. I decided to remodel my kitchen and installed it 4 days ago. It is great. No more messy faucet handles to deal with while cooking.
