Faucet dead when batteries die

Could not believe my faucet would not work when batteries died!! I have wanted a touch to activate faucet for so long (I hate trying to turn on the faucet when I have raw meat on my hands). I was so excited after installing this, which, by the way, was pretty easy. Then to have it not work after only 2 months because the batteries died!! During my husband's birthday party! Leaks and Sensor does not work properly

Low water flow

I like the features and the style but I am dissapointed in the low water flow that showed up just 2 1/2 months after an install by a professional plumber. Your help is welcomed.

Good for active cooks

I love that it turns on with touch, if my hands are dirty from cutting up a chicken, I can use my elbow to turn on and off without spreading germs on the faucet. I also like the Spotshield, no water spots - just wipe down every so often. Always looks good.

Great faucet

This faucet is a very well designed product. It is a very well made faucet and works as advertised. The finish is flawless andgoes great with my other fixtures.

Motion Sensing is Awful

We have disabled all of the "smart" features of this faucet after battling it for months. The touch feature works well enough I guess. The problem is the motion activated portion. There is supposedly a way to disable this, but that only worked for a day, and it activated itself again. If you turn the faucet on, then move your hand in any motion that at all resembles hand washing or washing dishes, it interprets that as you wanting the faucet off. Absolutely not worth the money. Metal sink, no problem

Absolutely love this faucet with touch technology! I am no plumber or handyman but was able to get the old faucet out and this one in and functioning in about 2 hours. I read a review that someone’s touch feature didn’t work… my sink is metal and they provide a silicone washer that HAS to be installed in this application(just a tip for those metal sink owners like me). Everything works as advertised or better!! I installed it a month ago and have had no issues and my wife absolutely loves it!!!

Only worked for less than 1 year

We've owned this faucet for a little over a year but even before that the touch function stopped working adequately. Once this started happening sometimes it takes several minutes before we can get it to start working with touch or manually. Sometimes it just shuts off by itself and we can't get it to turn on for several minutes. Really frustrating when you are in the middle of washing dishes. Touch on/off system does not work properly

When we received this faucet, the box was slightly damage on one corner. When I opened the box, there was a million very little metal balls loose in the box. In fact, the hose weight (plastic) was broken and half the balls were in the box. I had to use the metal, solid weight of the existing faucet I was replacing. The installation was really easy. Looks nice, functions mostly

Has had a drip since early installation. sometimes has low flow - intermittent. Not happy with the quality for the price but it does look nice.

Touchless too sensitive

This is a sturdy faucet and has great features, but when I go to grab the sprayer, it turns the water off, so then I have to use my other hand to touch the faucet or waive it in front of the sensor. It seems like I should be able to grab the sprayer without turning the water off because it actually causes me to take more steps while cleaning. Seems like a flawed placement of the sensor or the touch mechanism. Not sure which is turning off the water but it is very inconvenient.

Hot water on cold setting

I purchased and had this faucet installed by Lowes. The installer had never installed this model before, and had to be directed by someone over his cell phone. Since then, ALL of our home faucets and refrigerator have hot water coming out of the cold taps. DO NOT BUY!!

Not worth the effort

Purchased this faucet about a year when we remodeled our kitchen. I thought the touch aspect would be great and I've always thought of Delta as the best. The facet is beautiful. At first it was nice and I really liked the touch on and off. I did not realize it took batteries and I've had to replace them several times already.
