Unacceptably poor water flow.

Purchased 10/23. Started well but flow at the nozzle is barely more than a trickle now. I’ve cleaned and soaked the filter and nozzle head in a vinegar solution countless times but the flow just continues to decrease. It’s now unacceptable as a functional kitchen faucet. I’m in the market for a replacement.

After 18 months, I still love it!

Would Recommend

We purchased this faucet on Dec. 1, 2024 because our 22 year old faucet broke beyond repair. Husband installed this faucet by himself - he said it was surprisingly easy and had good instructions. We both love the functionality of the faucet - good water pressure, no leaking from the head, the spray head always snaps back quickly and firmly. Love the finish too - no water spots at all. We use both the touch and touchless, depending upon whether we have company - I find that our guests accidenta...

Faucet dead when batteries die

Could not believe my faucet would not work when batteries died!! I have wanted a touch to activate faucet for so long (I hate trying to turn on the faucet when I have raw meat on my hands). I was so excited after installing this, which, by the way, was pretty easy. Then to have it not work after only 2 months because the batteries died!! During my husband's birthday party! I was scrambling g to find more AA's wherever I could find them, and after only a month I cannot use my sink AGAIN. I a...
