Spray features stopped working

If you have hard water were you live I'd give some thought to this shower head. The center removable shower head no longer emits any water. Doesn't make any difference which setting or combination of settings you select nothing comes out. Not sure if it's just hard water, a design flaw or both. Either way I'm not getting what I paid for.

Rain Shower kinda

I like the options provided with the dual shower head. I like the spray handle and my wife like the shower head. My only complaint is that they don’t work at the same time. Would have been nice to get all jets to spray at once to get that real rain shower experience. Especially since we installed a longer shower spout.

Looks and priced premium, feels cheap

Expected more for $90. Yes, it has lots of options for the shower pattern, but the whole thing feels cheap. The the hose is stiff and light and so it hangs at odd angles and tangles easily. The swivel mount isn't sturdy enough, so even after tightening it, the shower head droops down from the angle it's set at. It's also easy to clip the handheld piece back into the larger shower head incorrectly, so that when you turn the water on, it falls out and crashes to the floor. Disappointing.

Hose is shiny black, not bronze

Hose is shiny black and doesn’t match bronze and is very stiff, won’t hang properly.

I feel cheated!

this thing looks and is priced like a good product... until you take it out of the box and realize it's made of cheap plastic. The hose for the middle head is complete trash. it's a plastic tube made to look like the real thing. it's not flexible enough so it doesn't hang... it runs wild. Save your money!

Great replacement shower head.

Easy to install No tools necessary except some plumber's tape. Quality and appearance are very good.

A friend used my shower and liked this dual shower head so much, she asked me to buy her one just like it! Can't go wrong with Delta!

Super easy install

Bought this product to replace a conventional shower head. Used vice grips to remove old head but other than that I didn’t use any other tools. I just screwed it together like a garden hose after connecting the holder to the shower arm. Product works great.

Great showerhead

I bought this after returning the Oygenics showerhead because of (ridiculously) low water pressure. This was easy to install with just plumbers tape (not included) and didn’t require tools. It went on easily and without any leaks. I like that the handheld is an insert so it doesn’t take up as much room, it looks good, works well and has great water pressure! Definitely recommend and it was on sale so the price was great!

Not recommended for medium to low water pressure.

The product has a pressure reducer installed on the valve to the shower head and at the detachable shower wand. These cannot be removed which rendered the shower head and wand useless. Had to buy a different brand that had the pressure reducer as an optional component. I will avoid Delta products in the future since I wasted my money on a useless product.

Not good for smaller shower enclosures

I'm not happy with this shower head. The neck is too long, and if you're in a shower that is not big, and you're standing in the middle. the shower actually shoots past you. It might be ok for a tub shower when there is more to move around, but i find it difficult to adjust in a smaller space. I have to take the house and hang it over the shower rod to try and force the spray to come to the center when i'm standing.

Works fine if you dont mind plastic because that’s what it’s made from. Not high quality but it does the job.

Good product. I would recommend it. Standing up to daily use, easy to install.

Awesome new shower head

I love the dual head - kind of wish there was a way to get more water pressure while using them both, but other than that I love it!

Great showered

We found this combination shower head and quickly realized how convenient it would be to have in the guest tub/shower Easy to use, it doesn't leak and it was extremely easy to install.

snapped right off

Mount snapped right off the shower neck not even a week after installing. Looked great in our new shower for the few days it worked. Maybe a flaw in the plastic? Maybe the mount should be made out of metal. Really a bummer because this shower head was not cheap.
