Easy Installation

First time I ever installed something that was as easy to install as claimed. So far, so good! Water is flowing great, no leaks, no sweat, no swearing!

Does not meet expectations.

easy to install. There is a persistent “plastic” smell to the unit that won’t go away, and the hose is still very “stiff.”. Not a fan for the price!

You get what you pay for!

The shower head is nice looking however that's all its good for. I bought this shower head due to the different spray adjustments. This is a cheap product and has very little pressure when the water is turned on at its full capacity. The builder shower head I had in this home had more pressure than this one. If I could without an additional charge I would return it and replace it with another one. I just may do that at a later time.

Had other shower heads similar to this design, but this one seems to be built better. So far so good

tiny dripping bothers you this may not be the one

It is a nice shower head. This is our second purchase for a different bathroom. The main head does drip when using smaller head, but not much. Very convenient.

Installation was easy

Its difficult to remove the shower head, returning because of that

POOR QUALITY

Within 9 months of purchase, this shower fixture no longer functions properly. The removable hand held head gets stuck when placed back on the base. In addition to that, the water flow in all of the stream settings is not strong enough (our water pressure is more than adequate).

Enjoying the Luxury

I first bought a delta shower head with a separate hand held unit and decided agianst that. This product allows a rain shower effect and a useful hand held unit in a light weight design. Our original shower arm was too short and would have placed this shower head too low so I purchased an “S” shaped extension arm by Aquasource. Now my 6’1” husband has a shower head that is actually over his head.

Leaks

The main shower head portion seems to be fine, but the wand portion will not seal. It doesn't seem to be the threads, it seems to be leaking from the hose joint itself.

Shower head is sub-par. Don't waste your time.

I did not like this shower head. Right out of the package the hose was too stiff and did not relax enough to install without the shower head popping off the holder. I expected more than a plastic shower head and hose. Was very disappointed. What to high quality and usability.

Do not need tools.

The Shower Head was easy to install, and with all the different settings I was able to get a real nice shower.

Spray features stopped working

If you have hard water were you live I'd give some thought to this shower head. The center removable shower head no longer emits any water. Doesn't make any difference which setting or combination of settings you select nothing comes out. Not sure if it's just hard water, a design flaw or both. Either way I'm not getting what I paid for.

Rain Shower kinda

I like the options provided with the dual shower head. I like the spray handle and my wife like the shower head. My only complaint is that they don’t work at the same time. Would have been nice to get all jets to spray at once to get that real rain shower experience. Especially since we installed a longer shower spout.
