Works real good when used individually. Only problem when used jointly is you lose some pressure. Otherwise unit works well and is a nice looking unit.

Delta Shower Head

The low flow of the water affected the operation of our tankless hot water heater, I had to change the temperature. It is next to impossible to shower with both devices turned on, flow is so weak. Mostly a plastic piece of junk designed to safe water yet it makes a person use more water for the shower process. The hose is very stiff and has very little flexibility due to it being all plastic. I do not recommend this product.

We love the many multi-settings and detachable handle. The installation was easy, no need to hire help!

Worked well until knob broke.

The shower head worked well until the small knob adjusting the spray on the hand held snapped off. My wife had purchased this at one of the big box stores.

Had a Delta before that we loved, then a well pump issue happens and it became clogged with minerals. So I ordered a new one online that looked nice ( not a Delta) and it was horrible. Sent it back, went to Lowe’s and got lthis one. It’s like having my old one back with that good water pressure and newer style. Replacement hose unheard of

I bought this full piece set when we remodeled our bathroom 2 years ago. The plastic fitting attaching the hose to the shower head broke and you cannot replace that part, you can not even replace the hose as far as I can tell. It appears that I will have to but the whole unit as I cannot see an option to just replace the broken hose

Awesome power

Great pressure. When both heads are being used though the pressure is obviously dialed back but still a great rain fall effect.

Weak water pressure

Easy to install but very weak water pressure. Returning item.

Water pressure

I gave this product 4 stars, it was super easy to install and looks great. Ample room if you want to hang a shower caddy, but if you do not have super strong water pressure the shower head just does not perform well.

Dual function Showerhead!

Performs great. Good looking and has plenty of pressure.

Great design, mediocre construction

The design of the shower head is very good, and once you remove the flow restrictor the shower it provides is very good. Great coverage and pressure, convenient design with split fixed and handheld components. My only complaint is with the construction. It's just plastic painted in a brushed nickel finish. Definitely would have preferred an actual metal product.

I’ve had this for a year now and it’s the best dual shower head I’ve had.

Did not expect it

I was indecisive which shower head to get. So I bought this one and I didnt expect how great of a product this was. The pressure is pretty good. Having both run, you still have great pressure.

The SECOND one broke in less than 3 months, too.

This is the SECOND review I'm leaving and interestingly, I do not see my first. George bought this, and less than 3 months later the cheap plastic piece broke and sent the unit crashing to the floor where my infant was sitting. He was so scared, but thankfully was not hurt. Worked great. The plastic connector broke 6 months

This shower head is great, however, the plastic connector from shower head to main water pipe broke this week after 6 months of use. I would like to get a replacement part. Hopefully I find and buy a metal one instead of plastic as it is easy to break.

Good head for the price

Got this off another site for $34.99 . I’m happy with it.

This is our second one. The first one ,the head stopped working,like it was clogged So far this one is fine A little pricey also
