Fantastic Purchase - Love It

I was excited to buy this and it has definitely been better than I could have imagined. My husband who was skeptical is thrilled with it. The touch functionality is excellent. Great price for a great value.

We had builders grade faucet before. I love the ease it move back and forth. As well as the touch to turn on.

Huge Upgrade

So about a month ago I decided to take the plunge and upgrade my horrible leaky faucet that came with my house to a newer model. I’ve never had a touch to activate faucet and I was interested in trying it out. The cost isn’t the lowest by any means but I have said out loud that I love this faucet on my than one occasion...which is more than I can say for any other faucet that I’ve used my entire life. My Dream Faucet

So happy we got this faucet. The touch on/off feature is a delightful plus. The finish is beautiful and it is a lovely complement to our kitchen. Cleans easily and does not show spots. The pull-down sprayer is wonderful and retracts perfectly. This faucet has a real quality "feel" to it and I'm glad we went with this Delta model.

Great product

I went with a cheaper brand and it died in 1 day. The plumber said, go with ‘Delta’ you can’t go wrong and you can get good replacement parts when needed. Got the Delta and we’re rockin!!

Great quality and operation!

This is the first time replacing the kitchen faucet since we bought this home two years ago. Our daughter just had twins and the Touch On/Off function is amazing. We can juggle a bottle and hold a baby, while nudging the faucet spout with our elbow for on/off function. It’s so awesome and works great! Easy install, but really need to read instructions, especially regarding electrical clip to center shaft that goes into hole. If you have a metal sink, this shaft can’t touch the sink under yo...

Love it when it works, but....

Love it when it works, but the solenoid went bad in four months and had to be replaced. I have it ordered, (waiting 13 days so far) but haven't recieved it yet. Hopefully it will come soon and it will not malfunction. The touch feature is great. It's hard to get used to not having it.

Unhappy

Advised that part in unit was broken on 7/20, and no replacement has been sent yet. This was purchased from Amazon, and further delay will result in demand from Amazon for replacement PLUS cost of installation ($350 - plumbers in Marin County are expensive.)

Nice style and convenient to use

The style fits our kitchen perfectly and the one touch on off feature is great when your hands are dirty from working in the kitchen or you are washing off fruits and vegetables. The only complaint would be that the pressure doesn't seem to be as good as our previous faucet.

Best faucet ever

We installed our Essa a couple of weeks ago. We love it! Love the touch feature and the temp light to know if it’s hot or not. Wish the sprayer was a smidge wider but really cannot complain.

I bought faucet about a month ago and installed it. My wife loves it and that makes me very happy. Ps I love it too!!

Very attractive and functional.

Works well. Side handles can be a little hard to adjust but once set, the touch feature is wonderful and a water saver. Should become standard for homes.

I installed this faucet a week ago and we are very satisfied with the product. The instructions were well done as was their video on line on how to install.

We just had the faucet installed and are still getting used to the touch feature--but absolutely love it. No longer do we have to dribble water at the back of the sink to turn fauscet off. Also the spray is so convenient.

AWESOME FAUCET!

I wished we would have switched this faucet out 2 years ago. The feature of touching it to turn the water is such a convenience. I know this almost sounds silly, but we use less water because of it. We have our set to a nice "warm hot" so we can easily wash our hands - which we now have to do quite frequently. Grab soap, touch it with your arm, get wet, turn it off. Lather up, hit it again with your arm and rinse off. The pressure is better than the cheap faucet that came with our house. ...
