Horrible product
Would Not RecommendWe have had this faucet for a year now and it’s been nothing but problems. If you run the dishwasher, the sensor on the faucet isn’t recognized. There are times that you can’t even use the faucet because of the sensitivity. The life of the batteries is low. It needs replaced constantly. And the faucet rusted quickly.

Touch technology too finicky!
Would Not RecommendWe purchased and installed this faucet a little more than a year ago. While I was initially excited about the touch technology, it proved to be much too finicky. Running water turns off then will not start again. This week we finally disabled the battery. It’s great to have a faucet that now works very time I need it to. I would not advise spending the extra money for the touch technology.

Love the touch feature
I installed this faucet yesterday and it looks and works great. There was one installation issue however. The HOT and COLD tubes are marked RED and Blue so I assumed red connects the hot water valve and blue to the cold. This was wrong and there is no verbiage in the manual that touches on these connections.

Hot Cold connections mismarked.
Would RecommendSo far we love the faucet but the installation was a small issue. The hot and cold tubes were mismarked, the end of one tube is colored RED the other BLUE. I assumed red was for hot water, blue for cold, that was wrong and there is no direction in the manual regarding these connections.

Poor Water stream/pressure
Would Not RecommendI am really disappointed in this faucet. I love the touch aspect, but it does not have a strong water stream/pressure. It comes out as if the faucet is only turned on 3/4 of the way. I even had the plumber come back to see if there was some sort of water saver/restrictor in the faucet. There wasn't. My old faucet that was 16 years old had a stronger stream than this brand new one. I am considering returning it to find one that has more water pressure.

Sleek matte black finish, touch on/off is awesome when baking, cooking, cleaning etc...my faucet no longer gets messy with food from my fingers. Pull down sprayer is great, pull down and clicks back into holder with ease. LOVE that my faucet does not show fingerprints. Excellent product, highly recommend!!
