non flexible hose, non adjustable unit.
Would Not RecommendI bought this because it said it had an ultra flexible hose. This is anything but flexible! The whole head is not adjustable. The water hit the side of my shower. There is a foot difference in height between my husband and myself. I need a shower head that is able to be tilted for the difference in height between 2 people. This is not adjustable in any way, up, down or sideways. Returning this unit and will look for another brand.

Would RecommendLoyal Delta customer. Nice sleek look. Wanted a 60” hose (72” interferes with valve handle). Doesn’t include a bunch of spray options we don’t need or want. Pressure only OK even after removing the inhibitor.
