Would Not RecommendI ordered this based on a review by "BRYAN": "THE INCLUDED SHOWER ARM MOUNT HAS A SWIVEL BALL CONNECTION TO ANGLE UP AND DOWN. IF THE SWIVEL CONNECTOR OR THE HOSE ARE STIFF, THEY SHOULD LOOSEN WITH USE. " but either he is new to your company or he just is ignorant of this product as there's no way I see that this has a swivel ball connection to angle up and down. If anyone reading this can dispute my comment I would love to read it!

Shower head and hose good...mount not so much
Would Not RecommendI like the shower head a lot. It has a larger spray area than the last shower head I was using. I think the hose is a good length and quality. However I did not like the mount that connects to the water pipe in the wall. It looks like plastic and did not swivel at all which means it will not adjust up and down. I ended up just connecting the hose and shower head to my old mount. I could see someone trying to adjust the height of the head and cracking the pipe coming out of the wall so I didn't u...

Don’t buy the hard plastic kind.
Would Not RecommendThe shower head itself was fine, however the hose was made of hard plastic and was unflexible. So I only used the head and reattached my old flexible one.
