Seat and spring not included!
It's a manufacturer replacement part. As long as you get the correct one it should work. BUT THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE SET AND SPRING. I'm partially to blame because for not being observant, but it should be marked on the package somewhere that it's not included. Hopefully this helps someone else avoid a frustrating drive back to the store.

Don't accept open package
It worked great at fixing the leak but be aware if they provide an opened package to ensure the plastic tab is included. I was able to use the old tab so not requiring another trip for replacement.
