Would RecommendMy whole experience with this product was great. My customer service person was extremely helpful. I showed him the faucet that I had purchased at Lowes a few years back and told him that the faucet and handles were leaking. He immediately knew the parts I needed and he explained to me how to put them in. My son helped and it took less than 10 minutes and saved me from getting a plumber to fix something that easy. Great for a single parent that knows nothing about plumbing. Thanks to my Lowes cu...

Clockwise or Counterclockwise options
Would RecommendStem installs easily but don't forget to replace the "seat and spring" inside the valve while you have this part removed since it only cost a couple bucks extra for two. Also I initially installed it 180 degrees backwards from the original one so shutting off the water was counterclockwise from my original. You have options which way you want it to operate. Overall, though, I'm pleased with how it is working (after a week).

Good replacement
Would RecommendEasy to install in my kitchen faucet with 2 handles. I replaced the cold water stem with this one. It is made of plastic, unlike the brass original. I think you can buy the brass replacement for a little more. If I had known that, I would have paid a bit more for the brass stem. But I think this one is fine. One thing it doesn't have is a removable stopper for the handle, which allow a full swing unnecessarily. Perhaps the brass stem has it, similar to the original.
