Would RecommendIt was not a perfect fit. I could not use the plastic piece but only the black insert on my old plastic piece. Other than that I was able to fix the shower faucet by using one of the 3 parts in the package.

NOT UNIVERSAL, BUT WAS ABLE TO USE IT.
It worked pretty good. The plastic piece was thicker than the old one, so it wouldn't fit. I put the new seal in old plastic & that worked. I guess really all needed was a new seal. The metal "puller" won't drop down when I turn the water off, so it has to be pushed down.

It isn't universal
Would RecommendIt said that it would fit a Moen, but after I did the replacement, it leaked badly because the white piece of plastic isn't the same shape as the old Moen piece. It may be possible to cut this white piece down to the Moen size, but I didn't need to. Also, it was chrome, and there was no option for brushed nickel. Fortunately, all I needed was the gasket, so I just took that and threw the rest away.
