I needed to drill 3/16 holes 4” deep in 4000 psi concrete to secure my studded walls toy floor. After fighting with my hammer drill, which now has bad bearings and burning though bits I decided to buy this. It took me less time to drill the few holes I had left than to open it and plug it in. I wish I had bought it sooner. It’s listed at $199.99 on the site. I was pleasantly surprised to see it was on sale for $169.99.

Incredible........

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The moment I took aim I new this was going to be great. Starting with the balance and light weight it was like holding a compact drill. The power set me straight. We went from drilling in very cured concrete to some very tough porcelain tile and this drill never blinked. Truly a great addition to my arsenal.

Amazing hammer drill

Great value. Ripped up thin set and tile with ease. Wish we would have bought one sooner rather than wasting money to rent the machine.

Dewalt shocks system great for productivity

Works great. I was surprised that they suggest regular cleaning and servicing. That's probably for heavy use as I won't be doing that.

Made the job super easy

I had to remove ceramic tile from a concrete floor, with this tool I was able to do the 16'x28' floor in 6hrs. I want to also say that for the most part the tiles were lifted up in 1 complete piece. Very comfortable to use, never had any kickback from it the whole time I used it.

Best tool I’ve ever bought

I needed to chop up tile with concrete in a bathroom and also drill into cement out back of my house. This tool did it all. So easy to use, and worked awesome. I highly recommend this tool to anyone.

I just bought this because I needed one and didn't want to keep borrowing my friends Bosh Rotohammer. Tried to use a power nailer to nail plywood strips into a concrete floor that was poured in the late 60s and early 70s and the nails would just bend and not even go into the concrete because it was so hard. I have a Dewalt cordless drill with a hammer function, and tried using it to drill one hole in my concrete about 4" deep to put in an anchor for a generator. It took 45 minutes and tore up two bits in the process. I needed to install a dry well in in heavy clay and rocky soil. I used a pick axe to dig a 60 ft trench as a shovel proved useless. Digging the 40 in by 60 in hole was worse yet. small jobs

I have only used it for 1 small job so far. Chipped concrete from around a basement window. Made quick work of it. The handle is spring loaded that will make it more comfortably when using all day.
