Works great but had its downside

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you open a tube of Greece you would have to takeoff the metal ring at the top of the grease tube just to get it to go in and then it was a fight to latch it back down

Absolutely love this!

Grease gun

Exactly what I wanted and the gun holds up to the job EVERY time!!! Couldn't do my job without it. Great purchase.

Great for Farm

I work six days a week on our neighbors' farm. I bought this electric grease gun to make greasing the tractors and implements easier and faster as the regular usage requires them to be greased quite often. Greasing has never been so fast and effortless. It used to take two of us to grease the hay baler with it's close to twenty grease fittings. Now one of us can grease the hay baler in less than five minutes. The DeWalt 20-volt electric grease gun has been an absolute blessing.

Time saver

If you do a lot of greasing, this grease gun saves time and arm fatigue over hand pump guns. It was easy to load and the long hose makes it easier to reach hard to get to fittings. The only knock I have, and the reason I did not give five stars, is that the tip is so tight that it is hard to snap onto the zero fittings and is even harder to pull off.

Defective right out of the box

I am contacting customer service. Spring inside grease tube was bent and possibly is too long. Tool cannot be used as received. Also, there are no serrations on grease tube cap to provide grip. I had to use 2 pipe wrenches to unscrew. I bought this product because I have limitations in hand function and cannot use a manual grease gun; however, it is not well designed for someone with a disability.

good tool

Pleasantly surprised at the tool. If there is a downside, it is kinda heavy and bulky, but I don't really mind that. It pumps fast and pumps a lot on a charge.

Excellent Grease Gun

A real time saver when you have a lot of fittings to grease such as on a tractor. Easy to charge and purge air. Has substantial weight and a nice long line to reach hard places. Can’t go wrong with this gun

if your greasing its worth it

Light weight and works well, the variable speed is a must. the light was nice feature and actually helped. the hose length makes it comfortable to use. the case and battery/charger with the set make sit a clean neat package to use in the field.

Ag equipment

This grease gun works as advertised, however, only 4 star rating due to the difficulty in replacing grease cartridges.

Makes my day

Makes greasing the tractor and equipment a breeze now with the ease this tool does the job. Easy to load and the light an extra option that helps with can swing the tool to light up the area to find the grease fitting.

Fantastic Way to Make Greasing Not Suck

Bought this to ensure the guys will keep their excavator greased. $300,000 excavator verses $250 Dewalt greaser? Money well spent, great, easy to use product.

DeWalt lithium 20v grease gun

I haven't used this item much as it's been very cold around here. I have greased the loader on my tractor and must say I found it a joy to use compared to the pneumatic gun I had been using; no dragging the air hose around, getting tangled and hung up on tires, etc. I would recommend this tool to everyone/anyone needing a grease gun
