Powerhouse! Great control and versatility.

Cordless allows better access to some projects that are modifying existing structures in tight spaces and no hassle for getting cord woven through rafters or braces. Strong enough for commercial workloads.

First Jigsaw

This is my first jigsaw and I am pleased with it. Easy to to maneuver while cutting with variable speed.

Picked this up on a clearance new in box since I wanted a non corded version for portability and I'm already in the dewalt flex volt battery line. Worked great out of box no complaints for what it is, does not drop blades out like other people have mentioned if you seat them all the way in, also used dewalt jig blades as well. Only 3 improvements that I think would make this rock solid are: 1) a light for work surface, I don't work in the dark alot but still would be nice for better accuracy 2) ...

Dewalt Cordless Jigsaw

The 20 volt battery was perfect for providing all the power I needed to use the Dewalt saw without any issues on my latest woodworking project. The cordless feature and battery life for the Jigsaw was more than enough to get the job done with ease and without the hassle of looking for an available outlet. I was able to have complete flexibility in where I worked with the knowledge that the tool I had would hasten my ability in making several difficult cuts.

Great light-weight jigsaw!

Wow! This is much better than expected! It is light, but strong and durable. For most jobs I use a little 1.5AH battery that makes holding the saw a breeze. For extended work, I'll use a 6.0AH battery that adds a little weight but lasts forever. I replaced a corded Bosch jigsaw that was good for years, but this one uses the same blades and is at least as precise without the cord!
