Great tools

The 5 star rating is for the tools, the bag / case gets a -5. If Dewalt makes the bags any smaller its just going to be a glove for the tool. Maybe a rubber coating. It will hold the 2 tools, 2 batteries and charger that come in the kit and "Nothing" else. They even did away with the side pockets on the bag. Now for the actual tools. Can’t go wrong with DeWalt

Very light weight, batteries last a long time, great combo for the price. I caught mine on sale for $130. Comes with carry bag and two batteries. I use it quite often and so far I have no complaints!!

easy to handle and great quality tool...

This is lightweight and easy to handle. Also I can handle more substantial jobs if needed with the two different sizes available. Plus it was a great deal for both.

Second Set!

I had another set just like this about 4 years old and someone else decided that they deserved it more than I did! (Stolen from job site) So i noticed when Lowes had them on sale and purchased a replacement set. Not good for the heavy work, but excellent for their intended purpose. Much lighter weight than my 20 volt drill and impact, so my arm and hand do not get as tired. Highly recommended!

Just Enough Power to Get it done!

I work in the Aviation field at a heavy maintenance facility, and I rely heavily on my DEWALT 12V Drill and Impact for removal and installation of panels. In the short period of owning this set I have removed and installed over 3000 fasteners and be through hundreds of battery cycles ( full charged to full dead ). Never once has this DEWALT 12V set let me down. This set has Enough Power To Get The Job Done, But Not Too Much That It Gets You In Trouble!

Small tools, big power!

i’ve had my 12v drill and impact driver for about a year now and i’m THOROUGHLY impressed. i do HVAC installation mainly (sheet metal fastening, drilling, awling and anchoring mostly) and i use them EVERY DAY! the batteries are outstanding for their size! the impact driver is the best part of this, it’s very strong, and it helps that it’s small for getting into tight places, other guys at work are always borrowing it because their 20v are too big. belt clip is really handy and since it’s so ligh...

Tons of 1-1/2” screws

I’ve literally driven thousands if not tens of thousands of 1-1/2” screws with this gun. I love it

Awesome Drills!

You can't beat these drills! I have the 20volt as well, but these work just as well! They have plenty of power and can do most jobs and 20volt drill does at half the size!

Fantastic Set

Big tools for small jobs really makes no sense, if you need a big drill, use a bug drill. However many jobs do not require big tools, that's where there come into play. You will soon relize that these 12v have a tremendous amount of versatility, probably more than you think. Can't recommend these enough.

Dewalt 12 volts. Awesome for the price

Have used both the drill and the impact gun. Very good power for a 12 volt. Awesome that it came with 2 batteries. The impact gun has good power driving deck screws. The drill is so so but good for light drilling

These little drills are awesome in my line of work, installing security systems. light weight and great battery life.

Great set

I just bought it and it works great. It can get into places the big ones can't.

I have already returned this drill kit. I was quite disappointed in the capacity of the batteries - with light use they would last an hour or so at the most. Also, quite a bit of adjustment was required to chuck in a small bit so that the axis of the bit was in alignment with the drill shaft, otherwise the bit would wobble.
