Solid for what it is

This little reciprocating saw is a nice unit. It may not have a ton of power, but it has all you can expect out of a 12v line. Battery life is good and the tool itself feels well made while being comfortable to use.

Compact saw

I liked the fact that this is a smaller size reciprocating saw that can be used in tighter areas that a full-size saw can't get in too.

Big power, small package

I recently added a 12v drill to my 20v tool array and was so pleased with its performance that I picked up the 12v reciprocating saw. Y'all know how using the full size 20v saw can be tricky, especially in tight or high spots. This little gem does the job, stress-free!

It's my go to!

I have all of the Xtreme line-up and I really love this little saw. I also have all of the 20v and 60v Dewalt tools. I have this saw sitting right up front in my tool truck. I don't need the big sawzall all that often after I picked this up. It is fantastic for sheetrock cut-outs. We do a lot of can light and with a shop vac and this saw, I make almost no dust and mess. Kitchen Demo

I used this saw to completely remove a 1950’s soffit. Mostly single handedly removed the it in a couple hours time. I was so glad that I purchased this unit over a full size reciprocating saw! Plus this fine DeWalt tool made short work of removing the old built in cabinets. Totally awesome!

Great tool value

I really like this product . Have used it for bathroom demo, tree trimming, and plumbing projects. 4 amp battery lasts a long time without recharge. Cordless one hand cutting is great for yard use. Very pleased with this product

Great DIY recip saw. Compact but powerful.

Excellent little saw!

I didn't use a new blade which would of made cutting faster but I wanted to see what this saw could do. It tackled the vines no problem, even the thicker ones that my loppers couldn't get around. Light and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product, light and powerful motor. Can cut through a roll of flashing tape. Only drawback is because it is so light there is a bit more vibrations than heavier models.
