Poor quality control

I bought 100 of these biscuits and 34 of them were useless, too thick to fit the slots. I messaged DeWalt directly through their Facebook page and all they could say was sorry for your inconvenience and we'll pass your concerns on to our quality control department. So basically I'm stuck with 1/3 of the package completely useless. This time I went with another manufacturer.

Horrible, inedible

These biscuits are the worst I've ever tasted. I can't believe a company as reputable as Dewalt would sell something that would taste as bad as these.

I bought a jar of the #20s. I immediately threw several away as cracked or broken. Others were far too thin or too thick. Other brands have been more consistent so I was surprised that Dewalt did not have better quality control. I don't have a percentage of usable biscuits

Most were fine, but about 20% were over thickness and would not properly slide into the cut slots which were at spec.

Inconsistent Thickness

There is a large range of thicknesses of these biscuits. A large portion of what I received are too thick to use, many are very thin, and very few are the expected thickness. I'm very disappointed in this from such a reputable brand name.

Absolute Junk

These biscuits have no consistency in thickness. You could actually feel the difference in thickness between different pieces. About 1/3 of them were non useable.

Poor quality control – 10 of 100 useable

I did not read the product reviews and clearly should have taken the time. The #20 biscuit thicknesses were completely random. 90% were too thick and would not fit. I separated the good from the bad and ended up with less than 10% good. What a waste of time and money. DEWALT has historically produced quality products and I own several. I will be looking at other vendors for woodworking equipment as the need arises.

Uneven Thickness

I needed to build some bookcases and decided to use biscuits to join the parts. These biscuits made the job more difficult. More than half the biscuits were too thick and I had to sand them down. Many others were too thin. They were anywhere between 3/32" and 5/32". I'll be looking elsewhere for my next project.
