They’re biscuits!!! Used them with my new joiner to make a coffee table.

I used these biscuits to join all of the wood for the four high chairs pictured, the trays as well.

I bought it to put the 2X10 planks for the top of my farm table together. it is working great, there is a ton of weight on those joints and I knew I would need more than just glue. so far, it seems to be holding the joints together very well. one small problem, they swell very fast, I was working with them outside and it was a bit humid, i tried dried fitted them on and they worked great, but about 30 minutes later when it was time to glue them in, I had to get new ones out of the bottle because...

I do a lot of wood projects that are wider than 12" (11 1/4) boards. I prefer not to use plywood, so many of my projects contain edge glued lumber. The biscuits add strength to the glued joints as well as helping with alignment.
